The safety in industrial boilers: matters.

There are several industrial processes in which are used combustion boilers and electric boilers.Safe Electric boilers

It depends of the working temperatures you will use:

When the temperature process is under 100ºC it is recommended to use a water boiler.

For temperatures up to 150ºC is normal to use steam boilers and super heated boilers and for temperatures up to 400ºC is recommended to install thermal oil boilers.

The safety in the boilers for the industry has to be studied to avoid explosion or fire risk, service guarantee and breakdowns absence.

The combustion boilers were developed in the IXX century and during more than 150 year its technology has a little improvement.

When we talk about safety, we consider the risk of work with flames, high temperatures next to 1000ºC and steel corrosion deterioration.

In a combustion boiler the breakdowns are regular due the hard working conditions and the material used in its construction.

The electric boilers designed and manufactured by Europea Térmica Eléctrica (ETE) has zero risk, we work with joule effect resistances with low temperatures and the material used has been developed to avoid deterioration.

Due to our design and material used in the manufacture we are able to sure zero breakdowns.

We manufacture electric boilers since 1,977 for different process: water, steam, superheated water and thermal boilers; there are thousands of electric boilers manufactured by ETE operating around the world.

It is important to point out that our electric boilers have 100% efficiency at the start up and 30 year after, besides of its safety and long life.

One of the strengths that we can add is that nowadays the electricity cost is cheaper than the combustion energies.

When the technician analyze the quality and technology used in our electric boilers they discovery that the combustion boilers for the industry belongs to the period of industrialization and making the change to our electric boilers is a technological leap in more than 150 years.
