Safe Heating

We understand by safe heating a heating by radiators or underfloor heating using an electric boiler by ete for heating and hot water.

  1. It does not pollute.
  2. No noise
  3. No odors
  4. No risk of fire
  5. No explosion risk
  6. No risks of poisoning
  7. No breakdowns
  8. That warms up when it is cold maintaining a comfortable temperature.
  9. That the whole house is heated equally
  10. That it has no maintenance costs
  11. It does not have a fireplace and it does not stain the environment
  12. Does not consume oxygen
  13. Does not produce electromagnetic pollution
  14. It is the cheapest heating.

Once the previous list has been read, how many of the points do you suffer in the heating of your home, work center, commercial premises or other activity and how much you currently spend?

What is your current heating system?

  • Combustion boiler, gas, diesel, biomass.
  • Heat Pump
  • Electric radiators
  • Butane stoves.

Combustion boilers will be banned in the coming years for environmental reasons and also due to the high cost of fuel energy.

The Heat pump is a system that has an unstable performance, it works according to outdoor temperatures, when the outdoor temperature is below 7ºC it needs support to maintain the level comfort. During October and November, April and May they work well the months of December, January, February and March need a support from another heat system, in cold areas.

Electric radiators, heat accumulators, infrared systems, convectors, alter the quality of the air due to the problems of electromagnetic fields, and if they work above 150ºC they burn the dust in the air and consume oxygen, in a way that lowers comfort.

Butane stoves are not recommended under any circumstances due to the consumption of oxygen and the high cost of energy.

DATA TO INSTALL SAFE HEATING IN YOUR HOME

Table to calculate the power you need in your home if you install the electric boiler by ete based on the outside temperature, the surface to be heated estimating quality wall and window insulation.

If the isolations are medium type, the power of the table is multiplied by 1.25.

If the isolations are low type, the power of the table is multiplied by 1.5.

For example: a 120m2 house, minimum outside temperatures of -3ºC with high quality insulation on walls and windows.

We will install a 4.5kW 230V II electric boiler by ete

If the isolations are medium type, the power would be 4.5×1.25, the boiler would be 6kw 230V II.

In the case of low type isolators it would be 4.5×1.5, the power would be 7.5kw 230V II.

Energy consumption in the coldest months with a daily heating program from 2 to 10 p.m. (8 hours) 4.5x 8 = 36 kWh per day, estimating the price of kWh at €0.1, spending in the colder months would be from 36kwh for 30 days 1080kwh x 0.1 = €108 cooler month.

Each with this table and depending on your heating program, you can calculate the power you need and the consumption in the coldest months.

Now compare the consumption you currently have with your heating system and see how much you save in addition to the advantages of having high-tech equipment that will last many years without breakdowns or maintenance costs.

The data is conclusive and difficult to dispute, we bring you the technology and experience of thousands of equipment that have been in operation since 1977. If you want more extensive information, please contact us and the Thermic Electric Solutions technicians will do a specific study of your case.

Bikram Yoga Vs. Yoga

I study the human being since 1958 and I have an opinion formed as a result of research through study, observation and reflection on how the body and spirit should be treated, in order to maintain health and vital state over the years.

Since 2015 I practice Bikram Yoga every week at Bikram Rosales in Madrid, I highlight the values that have changed my life for the better.

Better mental balance; The concentration during the exercise, the intense physical effort, maintaining the balance, attending the instructions of the teacher, are actions that improve the mental balance.

Better physical strength; the postures that force all muscles to work and the heat facilitate the strengthening of muscle structures, various organs and the cleaning of toxic elements.

More vitality; the cleaning by sweating eliminating toxins and the glucose expense make all the structures have a better electrical communication and improve the vital state.

More flexibility; All postures require forcing movements to force structures to become more flexible by improving movement in daily activities.

More confidence in myself; The challenge of each 90-minute class strengthens the feeling that you can get everything you want in life.

More tolerance with people; To do the practices of Bikram Yoga, you have to open your mind to positively accept what happens in your environment during the time that the teacher marks the exercises.

More health; If you strengthen structures, clean interstitial fluids, balance your mind, the result is HEALTH.

Breathing; You become aware that you must learn to breathe to provide oxygen to the metabolic function of generating the energy you need to maintain your vital state.

The difference between Yoga and Bikram Yoga is in the climate of the exercise room, temperature 40ºC, 50% ambient humidity and clean air.

In the 70s of the last century, investigating the facilities of the SPAS, I discovered that in the barracks of the Roman legions 2000 years ago, there were facilities for the sweat, the presence of this installation was for the soldiers to improve their physical condition , if they sweated regularly to eliminate toxins produced by exercise, stress and food and the best way to eliminate them was through the pores of the skin. During the 90 minutes of my classes at Bikram Rosales I lose more than a liter of liquid that cleanses me and that I replenish at the end of the class taking smoothies made at the time, to compensate for the lost liquid and minerals, in addition to providing vitamins and hydrates

The heat causes the muscles to relax and prevent injuries.

The blood circulatory system produces dilation and contraction exercises that are beneficial to give more elasticity to the veins and arteries.

Maintaining a humidity of 50% improves the ionic balance of the room that benefits the functioning of all physical and mental structures of the human body.

A problem that usually occurs in enclosed areas where exercise is low air quality due to oxygen consumption and CO2 production, in Bikram Rosales the air quality is optimal thanks to the technology they have applied to keep the air clean. air, produce heat without altering the environment and maintain humidity in a controlled way, also the materials used in walls, floor and ceiling.

Finishing the Bikram Yoga exercises with a water shower at less than 10ºC is a way to increase the benefits of this intense exercise, the blood circulation system is balanced and a more intense vital state is achieved, a more juicy skin is perceived.

In Bikram Yoga Rosales, the cold shower water is year-round at less than 10ºC.

Anthropology shows us another value that has the practice of Bikram Yoga, the strengthening of the person by effort, the only way that humans have to evolve is overcoming the difficulties that life presents.

The practice of Bikram Yoga as commented by elite professional athletes who have practiced Bikram Yoga has a level of difficulty far superior to any other exercise, both Yoga and any other sports practice, that hardness that is overcome in each voluntary practice, prepares us to overcome any Another difficulty that life presents to us, gives us security and confidence.

Feeding; Caring for food is important for Yoga practitioners, providing the body with food, carbohydrates, proteins, vitamins, minerals, lipids, water, avoiding sugar and alcohol, making homemade cooking with natural raw materials and our surroundings, legumes , cereals, fruit, vegetables, dairy, fish, meat.

Practicing Yoga is good, practicing Bikram Yoga is perfect, wonderful.

Pollution and Health

Today I talk about pollution and health now, I usually talk about the environment thinking about the future.

In large and small meetings where the environment is discussed, programs are made to reduce pollutant emissions for the future and that’s fine.

It is not necessary to be an expert to distinguish the air we breathe in the cities and the one we breathe in the countryside, in the mountains or by the sea in undeveloped areas.

I spend part of the time in a small town in Castilla outside the town center in a house with a high-tech electric heating equipment and when a car passes in front of my house, it leaves a trail of bad smell from the exhaust pipe for a few minutes, I also have to endure the chimneys of the heating with combustion boiler of some neighbor, both are unbearable because the air is polluted and our instinct tells us that we are attacking our health.

In the countryside a car passes and our instinct tells us “care danger to your health”, in the city thousands of cars pass by and our instinct is stunted and tells us nothing, but our body is being brutally attacked.

Making a simple analysis of the functioning of the human body, the air we breathe is vital for the proper functioning of all systems. The body is made up of trillions of cells that make up all the structures and are continuously consuming to stay alive, carbohydrates and oxygen.

What happens when a person stops breathing oxygen, who dies, what happens when a cell stops receiving oxygen, who dies. What happens when millions of cells that make up the structures and organs die, which cease to function properly and the disease, muscles, bones, heart, lungs, kidneys, liver, veins, arteries, brain, etc. occur.

What is the emotional and economic cost of diseases? How many people die daily worldwide because of the lack of oxygen in the air they breathe?

Today, August 7, 2019, billions of people living in cities around the world are getting sick from the lack of oxygen in the air they breathe. It is good that we think about the future but it is an aberration that we are not all aware of the problem of lack of oxygen in the air of cities. If there were no food, people would mobilize even with violence to demand it, because we have to do the same if oxygen is lacking.

In 1969 I participated in a movement in the media against pollution caused by coal and fuel in the air of Madrid, we knew that in areas where there was vomiting on the sidewalks were areas of high pollution. In 1971 we managed to ban new heat installations with coal and began to burn in the combustion boilers a product less polluting than fuel and which forced diesel to burn from 1976.

Since then and almost 50 years have passed the city council of Madrid has not created norms to improve air quality, it is true that gas is burned that is less polluting but still emits CO2.

Since 2014 I have carried out research work on air quality in closed sports facilities and I have made several CO2 measurements and in all of them there are usually more than 2000ppm.

I have been able to verify that when a person is in a place with a concentration above 2000ppm of CO2, dizziness, nausea, vomiting and headaches occur, some exercise rooms have measurements above 4000ppm.

The main polluting elements, cars, fireplaces and people in enclosed spaces are perfectly located.

There is an awareness of the need to eliminate cars and plans and programs have been created for the elimination of the most polluted areas of the city and a timetable for the elimination of combustion cars by 2040.

It is urgent that programs and plans for the elimination of the combustion boiler chimneys of heaters and industries are created, it is urgent that the installation of new combustion boilers, whether of gas, diesel or bio fuels, is prohibited and fixed 2040 as the deadline for the change of all combustion boilers.

Current technology is prepared to change all combustion boilers for high performance electrical equipment to produce heat for industry and heating. The pollutant emissions produced in the wind, solar thermal and photovoltaic electricity production facilities are minimal.

We have experience on the situation of new technologies to produce heat since we apply them daily, in all cases the savings in consumption due to high efficiency is greater than 50% compared to combustion boilers, as is the case with cars, traveling 100km with fuel costs about € 7, traveling 100km with traveling 100km with electricity costs € 1.

Think of us in our day to day without losing sight of the future we will leave our children.
